We only stayed one night, but it was super quiet and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was a lot cleaner than I expected after reading the reviews. I’m glad I got to experience the one night that I did! If every other hotel wasn’t already booked I would have never stayed there because of the reviews. I Will definitely be booking with them again. It’s a whole lot less expensive than any other hotel in pismo and not really much different in comfort or hospitality nor is it any cleaner/dirtier than any other place I’ve stayed in pismo! 👍👍👍

There was no breakfast but they did offer coffee in the morning. Our biggest concern was that the door on room 152 did not close completely and we were worried about that. Also there was no refrigerator in the room and our dogs food needed refrigeration. Other than that it was a comfortable room for 2 adults and 1 small Yorkie. The staff was all extremely friendly and very helpful. I would go back. It was very clean, inside and out.
